Description

BayesMultiState And Discrete is a method for analysing comparative data in a Bayesian framework for traits that can take two or more states, and for analysing rates of evolution and reconstructing ancestral states across a sample of trees. The sample of trees should be drawn from a suitable Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method.
